TOEIC Writing: recommend that she review
You are suggesting what a coordinator should do next, not describing her daily routine.
The short answer
One standard American English pattern is “I recommend that she review the schedule.” In this construction, review stays in the base form even after she. The sentence recommends an action; it does not report that she already performs it.
That + subject + base verb.
After recommend that, this recommendation pattern uses a subject and a base verb: she review, he check, the team be ready. Do not add to before the verb or an -s ending in this pattern. The same form can follow recommended: “They recommended that she arrive early.” This is often called the mandative subjunctive.

We recommended that the coordinator check the dates.

Recommend that someone should do something is also valid. This lesson practices the base-verb version; do not assume every other construction is wrong.

Common questions
A few useful details before you move on.
Can I say recommend checking?
Yes. Recommend + -ing is another pattern. Here we add a that-clause to name the person expected to act.
I recommend checking the dates before booking.
Does she check replace she checks everywhere?
No. Ordinary present-tense statements still use the normal agreement pattern. This lesson focuses on a specific recommendation construction.
She checks the schedule every morning.
Take it into your day
Keep the verb in its base form in this recommend-that pattern.
