The short answer

Print out means make a paper copy. With a noun, both print out the timetable and print the timetable out work. With it, use print it out. Saving the file alone does not print it out.

A paper result, with it in the middle.

The file and the paper copy are different things. Printing out the file gives you something you can hold. If you have already named the timetable, replace it with it and place that pronoun before out.

Noun after out

Can you print out the timetable?

Noun between the words

Notice the difference

Print it out keeps it between the two parts. Print out it is not the standard order in this pattern.
