Name the window and the impact separately.
Scheduled for marks a plan, not work already underway. From … to gives the start and end of the planned window. May be briefly unavailable describes a possible short interruption. Name file uploads rather than the whole service when that is the only feature identified. A planned end time is not proof that work has finished.
